Book of Shadows : If the book is used before the knife stabs Isaac, he will not lose any health nor gain any stat upgrades that come with the loss of hearts. Gnawed Leaf: If Blood Oath stabs while Isaac is in statue form, he takes no damage but also receives no damage bonus. Menorah: Lights one candle per half-heart taken by Blood Oath. The Habit: Grants 1 charge per half-heart taken by Blood Oath. 
BFFS!: Increases the amount of damage Blood Oath gives you. By losing more than 3 Red Hearts, it is possible to gain the max damage bonus of Bloody Lust at the beginning of the floor. Bloody Lust: Damage taken by Blood Oath at the beginning of the floor triggers the Bloody Lust damage bonus for each half-heart lost. If more than 1 Blood Oath's are picked up, Isaac's health will be brought to 0. Being stabbed does not affect the chance for Devil/Angel rooms to appear. If Isaac does not have enough Soul Hearts, he will die. If Isaac has Rotten Hearts, each Rotten Heart leads to the loss of half a Soul Heart. Being stabbed does not remove Eternal Hearts. This item does not affect The Lost or ? they don't take damage and get no stat increases. It is possible to prevent red hearts from draining while still gaining the stat increases, as long as Isaac's speed is high enough to immediately leave the starting room. The players take control as Isaac or one of seven other unlockable characters through a randomly-generated. The games plot is loosely based on the Biblical story of the Binding of Isaac. If Isaac is already at half a red heart, no blood is taken and no stat increase is granted. Additionally, rather than using the music from the mod, the DLC will feature new music from the original game’s composer, and will presumably be available on consoles unlike the PC only mod. Some quality of life changes from Afterbirth such as the interaction between the Tick and the Match Stick, shorter bomb fuse times, and being able to see your character’s current progression in the pause menu. The DLC will also contain brand new cutscenes, new story content, and a bunch of other new additions. A lot of rebalancing as well, such as fairer boss patterns and room layouts.
